Terms & Conditions – Official Rules for Using the winmy 6 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

One Account Per Player: Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on winmy 6. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Account Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date. winmy 6 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

Account Security: Your winmy 6 account password and login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with any other party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact winmy 6 support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC): winmy 6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Bank statement or proof of the payment method used
• Proof of current residential address

Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum deposit depends on the selected payment method. winmy 6 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, certain payment methods may apply their own processing fees.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Processing times are as follows:

• Regular members: within 30 minutes to 2 hours (during business hours)
• VIP members: within 5–15 minutes
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM10,000): may require up to 24 hours and additional verification

Tax Responsibilities: Players are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or reporting requirements related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.

Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, winmy 6 will endeavour to restore the session to its last recorded state. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and funds returned. winmy 6 is not liable for disruptions caused by a player's internet connection.

Betting Limits: Each game and table has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary by table and game variant. Players are responsible for ensuring their bets comply with the applicable limits.

Winmy 6 provides a Sports Betting platform covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UEFA Champions League), BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and over 30 other sports categories. All sports bets are subject to the following specific terms:

• A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the winmy 6 system. Any unconfirmed bets will not be counted.
• Odds displayed are valid at the time the bet is placed. winmy 6 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• For pre-match betting, bets must be placed before the match begins. Bets placed after kick-off may not be accepted.
• In-play betting is subject to market availability and different betting limits.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded unless the match is completed within 36 hours of the originally scheduled time.

The Cash Out feature allows players to settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated based on current odds and is subject to availability. winmy 6 does not guarantee that Cash Out will always be available for all bets.

The following are strictly prohibited on the winmy 6 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, IC, or personal information without their consent.

• Manipulation or technical exploitation — using automated software, bots, third-party programmes, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.

• Unauthorised chargebacks — filing a chargeback through a payment provider after using those funds for betting.
• Threats or harassment — threatening or harassing winmy 6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Winmy 6 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. We will make every effort to ensure optimal uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

Termination by Player: You may close your winmy 6 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance that meets the withdrawal conditions will be returned via your registered payment method.

Termination by winmy 6: winmy 6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities.
• Players who have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the winmy 6 operator licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a competent arbitration body as stipulated under the relevant licence.
